All bookings are made with Rimo Expeditions, registered in Jammu & Kashmir, whose registered office is Hotel Kanglhachen Complex, Leh, Ladakh – 194 101, J&K, India. There is a Branch office at 229, DLF Galleria, DLF Phase IV, Gurgaon – 122002, Haryana. Rimo Expeditions is also recognized and registered with the Department of Tourism, Government of India.

1. On booking a Rafting Expedition with us you must be able to understand the risks and hazards that are involved in adventure trips and you must be physically and mentally prepared for the same. Any existing medical problems should be mentioned at the time of enquiry so that we can give the necessary guidance for a suitable trip.
   
   
2. It is important that you are adequately insured for the full duration of your trip and the insurance should cover medical expenses, injury, death, and cost of repatriation, helicopter evacuation. All baggage and belongings are entirely at your own risk at all times and we will not take the responsibility of loss, damage or accident to any luggage or property.
   
   
3. On confirmation of river trip with us, you will need to complete the booking / registration form and send a demand draft / cheque for 25% of the total cost of the river trip which will be considered as deposit. This should be made payable to Rimo Expeditions at Gurgaon, India.
   Full trip cost and domestic airfares will need to be sent by bank transfer 30 days before trip departure.
   (Please note that on payments made by bank transfer, bank charges will have to be borne by the clients)
   
   
4. Should you wish to cancel, the following scale of charges will apply:
   
   - Cancellation more than 1 month:                                 loss of deposit (25%)
   - Cancellation between 15-30 days before departure:      50% of trip cost
   - Cancellation 15 days before departure:                        100% of trip cost
   
   (For all the above scales any domestic airfare will be refundable subject to intimation at least a week in advance. For flights to Bhutan, No Refund Policy applies)
   
   
5. Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the planned itinerary, it must be realized that last minute or on the spot changes could occur with this type of adventure travel. This will be decided by the river guide / trip leader and will be in the best and safest interest of the clients.
   
   
6. In the event of illness, accident, emergency medical evacuation either by foot, vehicle, helicopter or otherwise, the responsibility for the payment of such costs lies with the client and should be paid directly.
   
   
7. Rimo Expeditions will not be liable for consequences of weather conditions, flight cancellations, strikes, wars, riots or any untoward incidents. Any extra costs, such as hotel accommodation / flights, that result will be your responsibility and must be paid for directly at that time.
